These Website Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Retail Spotter Solutions website ("Website"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

2. What this Website is for
The Website is primarily informational and provides updates about RSS and our merchant introduction and related outreach services. The Website may allow you to contact us, for example via a contact form, email link, telephone or onboarding form. Our services are provided through direct communication and related business activity. The Website is not an e-commerce store.
No online contracting / no offer: The Website and its content do not constitute an offer, proposal or contract. Any services are provided only under a separate written service agreement, Commercial Terms, invoice, proposal, order form or other written confirmation between RSS and the relevant business customer.
Information only: Website content is general information only. You should not rely on it as definitive, complete or tailored advice for your business.
Pricing and descriptions: Any service descriptions, examples, pricing or other commercial information shown on the Website are indicative only and may change. Any signed service agreement, Commercial Terms and invoice issued by RSS take priority over Website content.
3. Who the Website is aimed at
The Website is intended mainly for business users, including brands, merchants and other commercial contacts. However, anyone may view the Website.
If you are using the Website on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to act for that business.
Submitting an enquiry, onboarding form, or contact request does not oblige RSS to accept you as a client or provide services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Website is the version that applies from the date it is published. If you continue to use the Website after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, we own or license the Website and its content, including text, layout, graphics, logos and branding.
You may view, download and print pages from the Website for your own internal business use.
You must not copy, reproduce, sell, publish, distribute, adapt, republish or modify any Website content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

If you contact us, we will process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy, or any combined Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy where applicable.
When contacting us, you must provide accurate information and must not submit unlawful content.
